Resolved Question: Information about Olympia Washington?

I'm a senior, from the Bay, and I've been thinking a lot of moving to Olympia, WA to study at Ever Green State College. Does anybody know if there are reasonable prices for a one room, or maybe two room apartment for three people. Is it expensive out there? and is it really hard to get a job if your young?
