Open Question: Is it possible that these charges will be dropped...?

My boyfriend is in juvie under charges that he didn't do. He is 17 tears old, 18 in April, and is not going to be charged as an adult as far as I know. 1. He is being charged for statutory rape. He used to live with these people...crazy, crazy family. They had a 14 year old daughter and two older boys living with them as well. The mother of this family works for the DOC here in Olympia, Washington, and apparently has some amount of political power because of this, even though people doubt her credibility on a lot of things. She is revengeful against my boyfriend for a few things she thought he did, and her own selfish things, so she is trying to say that he had sex with her daughter, who is under the age of consent. Her daughter is saying that this is true, even though we all know it never happened. I have text messages from her saying that he never "raped" her, and that her mother is making her say that sexual activities happened. 2. He is being charged with theft for taking tools out of their garage. We also have proof that this was in fact something that the two older boys did to get meth. Although I none of the texts that I got from the woman's daughter admit that they did it straight out, she admits that they did "everything imaginable" to get more meth, and that they had blamed my boyfriend for things that they did before. 3. He is being charged for taking $100 dollars from their ATM card. This, he actually did. However, he paid them back in full within the hour. My mother seems to think that, because of the evidence I have provided to the detective about the other charges, they will see that this family is far from credible, and drop this one too. Any opinions on this? He has already had his arraignment and has pleaded not guilty for these charges. His next court date to begin the trial is on the 13th, and they are holding him in the juvie as a flight risk until trial is over or he recieves a sentence. He has told me that he is going to plead guilty to the third charge at the next court date. He has previous charges, but nothing serious as far as theft is concerned from what I know.
