Resolved Question: College in Utah State?

Hey =) Alright, so I'm gonna be graduating from High School next year and I've started looking around for colleges. I was planning to go to college in my state at first, mainly because out of state tuition is really expensive.. But I know for sure that Utah State University would accept me and Logan seems like a really cool city. However, as soon as I told my friends they were telling me that most people in Utah are mormons and since I'm a christian, people would try to make me a mormon or wouldn't like me and stuff... is that just stupid bias or would people really react like that? And do you think Utah State University is a good college if you wanna go into communications, maybe broadcasting? I'm living in Washington State, nearby Olympia.
